1 Jonah said, “Therefore now, O Lord, I beseech You, take my life from me, for it is better for me to die than to live.” live.  (Jonah 4:3)

2. Moses said, “And if this is the way You deal with me, kill me, I pray You, at once, and be granting me a favor and let me not see my wretchedness [in the failure of all my efforts.”(Numbers 11:15)

3. Elijah said, “He said, It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life; for I am no better than my fathers.” (1Kings 19:4).
