Super-Faith Sunday Riddle/ Who Am I??

Hey Neighbor!

Here She Is!!

Your ‘Super-Faith-Full Female’ of the Week!!

Can You Solve My Riddle and Guess Who She Is??

********************************************

It was difficult to bear the loss of my spouse
‘Til I crossed the threshold, and found peace in His house
Waiting on the Lord made my long-widowed years more bearable
As I communicated for God, not by fables, nor parable
But instead, I spoke with the conviction of a ‘faith-full’ and fervent witness.
My years of fasting were for spiritual fortitude and never for fitness
Day and night I worshipped the Lord, as I sheltered in place,
Anticipating the day I would behold his sweet face.
I refused to go home, much like Bathsheba’s Uriah
My testimony was such: I had seen The Messiah!!

Who Am I??

  1. Who is She, Who am I? My answer: Anna.

“Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was on him. It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not die before he had seen the Lord’s Messiah.” Luke‬ ‭2:25-26‬ ‭NIV‬‬

There was also a prophet, (Anna), the daughter of Penuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was very old; she had lived with her husband seven years after her marriage, and then was a (widow) until she was eighty-four. She never left the temple, (but worshiped night and day, fasting and praying). Coming up to them at that very moment, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem.” Luke‬ ‭2: 36-38‬ ‭NIV‬‬

This was a challenge, perhaps correct? A wonderful share, blessings to you!
